What does Kenneth & Kenneth sell?

Here at Kenneth & Kenneth we want to create unique gift sets that you can't find on the high street. Our current ranges of gardening gifts include: Gardening Tools, Kids Gardening, Wildlife and Conservation, Grow Your Own, and Indoor Gardening.
Where can I buy Kenneth & Kenneth products?

You can currently only buy Kenneth & Kenneth products from Etsy and notonthehighstreet. We create exclusive items for each store, so if you don't find what you're looking for on one site, then why not try the other? We are also happy to chat about custom orders. If you find a product you like in one of our stores, but want to tweak it or add to what's included in the set then just send us a message and we can discuss creating a custom order for you.
How do I use my new gardening products?

We include an About Card in every order to help you get the most out of your new purchase, but if you'd like some more information on using the tools, seeds, or wildlife houses in your order check out our About page or send us a message in the chat.
What are my delivery options?

All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery. All postage is free unless you upgrade to express delivery at checkout. We aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 days for the processing of your order and 2-5 days for delivery.
Do you accept returns?

Yes, please contact us if you have any problems with your order or would like to return it. If you wish to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery, let us know when you have returned the item and we'll refund your order. Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please be advised that we do not offer free return postage, customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns.
Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment we do not offer a full gift wrap service. But, we can include a gift messages with your order. Simply tell us the message that you would like to include at checkout and we will make sure to include it on one of our Kenneth & Kenneth postcards.
Do you sell internationally?

No, at the moment Kenneth & Kenneth only trades in the United Kingdom. Our parcels are shipped with Royal Mail and may require a signature upon receipt.
